You can use TestWiz to analyze results and print reports for virtually any test your school administers. Test data is imported electronically by us, key-entered by you, or scanned in with a plain paper scanner. Once test data is in TestWiz, all the standard report templates and querying options are available - requiring no technical intervention whatsoever. You can even print "History" or "Multi-Test" reports that show performance on one test alongside performance on other tests.
Here are the TestWiz options for capturing students' performance on assessments:
Importing Electronic Files
If the test results are in electronic format, dataMetrics convert the results into TestWiz format for you. The following are formats that TestWiz already recognizes: MAP (NWEA's Measures of Academic Progress), DIBELS & DIBELS Next (University of Oregon, Wireless, or EdFormation formats), DRA, DRA2, and PST (Scantron's program). In addition, we can bring in OLSAT, COLGAT, SAT 10, IOWA, etc.
TestWiz is customized for the ERB CTP 4 and Writing Assessment tests. The data files and software are distributed by ERB. Support representatives handle all the loading of your test files so that you can generate customized reports that go beyond the reports from ERB. More >>

Scanning
TestWiz can analyze locally developed tests or other tests you scan locally. Wizard-like interfaces make it easy to create a Test Specification providing details about a test. You can even link items to your standards or the Common Core Standards. TestWiz prints plain paper answer sheets which can be scanned into TestWiz using any low-cost plain paper scanner. Results are uploaded to TestWiz.Net and are available immediately, online for reporting. You can even use TestWiz to design, scan, and report on your own test containing selected items from NWEA's Item Bank. More >>
Direct Key Entry
If you have assessments that require entering answers or scores by hand, TestWiz lets you create a Test Specification (providing subtest and item information), perform the key-entry, then process and report on the results. TestWiz is already set up for key-entering DIBELS, DRA, and Fountas & Pinnell. More >>
