Whether the assessments are your own creation or from a publisher, TestWiz can help.
TestWiz Scan (for local assessments)
TestWiz Scan is an add-on application directly linked to the web-based TestWiz and allows you to scan and report on any locally developed assessment.
- Inexpensive materials - scanning is done through any image scanner from any PC with Internet access
- Wizard-like interfaces guide you through the simple process
- Results are available immediately, online, through TestWiz.Net
If your district has created benchmark, common or formative assessments, all you need to do is tell TestWiz a little about your test. Using a simple wizard-like process, TestWiz guides you through the steps and prints answer documents on plain paper.
Need to design tests with Common Core-Aligned Items? The NWEA Item Bank is fully integrated into TestWiz for this purpose. The bank has over 64,000 items, aligned to the Common Core Standards. Items are available for grades K-12 in both ELA and Math.
OMR Scanning (for standardized tests)
You can also use TestWiz to scan and score standardized tests with an OMR (Optical Mark Reader) machine. This often requires permission from test publishers, but we will work with them to set up TestWiz for you.
Direct Key Entry
If you have assessments that require entering answers or scores by hand, TestWiz lets you create a Test Specification (providing subtest and item information), perform the key-entry, then process and report on the results. TestWiz is already set up for key-entering DIBELS, DIBELS Next, DRA, DRA2 and Fountas & Pinnell. More >>
